Somewhere under layers of debris software, your PC is strong and willing to work. CCleaner research through a number of programmes and deletes unnecessary files. It is highly configurable, so you can select what problems and search for articles which to ignore.

Many cleaners just brush your browser's cache folder, or your temporary files, but CCleaner goes further. It cleans up temporary files from the town and third party applications. The seller in the list of programs includes cleaning products Adobe (Flash Player, Photoshop, and Reader to name a few), Ad-Aware SE, eMule, Firefox, Google Toolbar, Kazaa, Microsoft Office, Nero, Norton Antivirus, OpenOffice, Real Player, WinAce, Windows Media Player, WinRAR, WinZip, and Google, Windows Live, and toolbars from Yahoo.

CCleaner goes beyond the basic wash and polish with a mini-tools. A scanner registry and deletes the old unused entries, including ActiveX controls, fonts, installers, shared DLLs, fonts, help files, application paths, icons, file extensions unused, and shortcuts disabled. CCleaner also includes an uninstaller and a list of deletable entry startup keys (the latter is something you want to evaluate carefully before removing a mystery key is be useful.)

Note: CCleaner includes a Yahoo toolbar options that you can choose to install along with the program. Installing this toolbar can trigger alerts on the part of some antispyware programs. CCleaner's policymakers say that is CCleaner-spyware free.
